How we will use your information
We will use the information obtained from the ‘Contact Us’ form for getting in touch with you regarding the BRIO study. We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil this purpose and will not retain it for longer than is necessary. We will only use your information with your consent. By submitting a response through this contact form, you are giving consent for us to use your data for the purpose described above.
Sharing your information
UEA will not share your information for marketing purposes, or with any company except as described in this notice, unless required by law.
How we keep your information
Your information will be stored securely on UEA systems. It will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Access will be limited to UEA staff whose roles require it, and information will be securely deleted at the end of each calendar year unless you are enrolled onto the BRIO study, in which case your data will be stored by means that will be made clear to you at the time of consent to participate in the BRIO trial.

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have provided to get in touch with you regarding the BRIO study.
We may share this information with the University of Leeds if you are local to the Leeds area so that they may contact you directly.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored at the University of East Anglia or both University of East Anglia and University of Leeds
We keep your name and the contact details you have provided for one year unless you are enrolled onto the BRIO study, in which case your data will be stored by means that will be made clear to you at the time of consent to participate in the BRIO trial. We will then dispose of your information by securely deleting the information from our systems.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
